Reigning Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champion Anadolu Efes Istanbul has re-signed forward Yigitan Saybir for the coming season, the club announced on Tuesday. Saybir (2.03 meters, 22 years old) grew up with Efes and has played for the club’s senior squad for the past four seasons. Though he only made two EuroLeague appearances last season, Saybir played 33 games in the Turkish League and scored a season-high 18 points in the clinching game of Efes’s Turkish League semifinals series against Besiktas Istanbul. He has helped Efes win the Turkish League twice, too.
